You might be thinking that it is a big job to create an ebook. There is a lot of writing to do, and the idea of creating a dozen pages is bad enough. But over 50 pages? Not happening.

One of the easiest ways to create a product is to create a document in a word processor and save it as a pdf. An ebook.

These are easy to quickly get done, and are a good option for a lead magnet that you can create to get new subscribers, and a way to create a full-blown ebook that you can sell for good money.

I feel the same way. It’s one thing to write an article and/or a post for a blog. That’s hard enough, sometimes. But to sit down and write several pages will take a lot of time. And a lot of frustration.

There are ways to make this process a lot less painful, while still getting the result that you want – an ebook that you can offer as an incentive or a product that you can sell.

One way is to use private label rights products. You can buy ready-made ebooks that you can put your name on and sell as is. As you discover in The Truth About PLR, it’s a lot better and more valuable if you change it up a bit.

You can change the graphics to make it unique to your business. You can add a few pages and fill out the content. And you can rearrange the chapters and edit them.

What this does is make it unique. You don’t want to be one of many who are selling the exact same product. Why?

Because, what you’ll discover is that you end up in a race to the bottom.

Since everyone selling the same product want to make sure that they get the sale, they usually sell it for a really low price. Under $10 in most cases.

You don’t want to get in that situation. And the way to avoid it is to do what I mentioned above and following the advice in the PLR Guide.

When you take the time to edit the PLR and make it your own, you are selling something that no one else has. Because it is unique, your direct competition is gone.

You still have to compete against similar products, but you can position your offer as a premium product. That comes with the advantage of being able to set a higher price. More money for  less sales.

Another way to make it a lot easier to create your own product without chaining yourself to your computer is to use articles.

You can find plr article packs for just about any niche, and you can put them in a Word document and create a pdf that way. You still have the potential problem that other marketers have the same content as you do.

You have a little work to do to make the articles unique, but it does pay off. And it saves time.

The last way is to make use of content you already have. Since you have an email list, you have several messages that you have sent out (you do have an email list, right? If not, here’s a resource that can guide you…).

If you have a web site with a blog, you have several articles that you have posted. This is also content you can use.

Here’s what to do next

Taking the content you already have and using it to create your unique product does two things at once:

You have ready made content that is unique, created by you, and free.

You save time because the work is already done. No need to rewrite and edit the content unless you want to.

Gather up the emails and/or articles that are related to a topic. Decide how you want to lay them out in your document, paste them in, add some graphics, and create the pdf ebook.

Now you have an incentive or a full product that you can sell. It doesn’t take a lot of time, and you don’t have to face the grueling task of writing everything from scratch.
