Once you have completed the first five rows of The Promo Dashboard, you’ll have created a powerful list building machine.

You’ll know who your ideal customer is, where they hang out, and how to reach them. You’ll have created a valuable freebie that you can offer people to get them to subscribe to your list. You’ll have an effective opt-in page, confirmation page, thank you for subscribing page, and autoresponders set up and working. You’ll have your emails written and ready to send out so you can provide information and product recommendations. Ready to start making money!

You’ll have turned on your promotion after completing row 5, and now it’s time to turbo charge your promotions using the information in row 6.

A great way to turbo charge your promotion is to set up a wordpress blog. The software is free, and you get all the information you need to easily set up your own blog. Learn how to customize your blog, including links to free themes and plugins that you can use.

Then you learn how to record and post podcasts to your blog. You can learn to do this using free software, so all you have to do is invest your time to learn how to do it.

How to use video to promote your business. You’ll learn about several options you have when it comes to the camera you can use to record your video. Tips on how to shoot a good video and lighting tips. How to edit your video with the free Windows Movie Maker software, and how to convert it to a format for the web.

Learn how to set up and use teleseminars. Discover a site you can use where you can get a trial account for only $1. See an example of how to write an effective email inviting people to your teleseminar, setting up your registration page and confirmation page, and sending your reminder email.

You’ll also learn how to use your teleseminar for maximum effect. Tips on what to include and when you should consider using teleseminars.

How to use twitter to promote your site. And how to use a free service to offer live streaming videos and ways you can use it effectively.

The Promo Dashboard is a list building product, not a traffic product. Instead of just showing you how to get subscribers, like a lot of list building products do, it goes into detail on how to get your subscribers to actually open, read, and respond to your email messages. That’s how you make money with your list. And The Promo Dashboard shows you how to do it, all for less than $60. You get a quadruple your money back guarantee, so you can’t lose. Click here now…

At this point in the process of going through The Promo Dashboard, you’re going to learn how to turn on your promotion. How to get subscribers and get them to spend money with you.

In row 1, you learn how to target your market – how to find your ideal customer profile, and then how to find them online. Row 2 covered creating your offer – how to create audio, video, pdf, webinar, and/or courses to get people to sign up for your list. Row 3 shows you how to create you opt-in page. Row 4 shows you how to set up and manage your autoresponder.

A big part of your success is how to use bonuses and deadlines to promote your offers. Especially with affiliate marketing, to get someone to click YOUR link instead of someone else’s, you can increase your sales if you offer something that no else is offering

The key is to offer something that has real value, and isn’t just a private label rights product that is available all over the internet for free. The Promo Dashboard guides you through the process of coming up with the right type of bonus, and how to either create it or get it created.

Marlon also shows you how to effectively use deadlines for your bonus offers. And he also shows you how to use “reason why” to make your offer more irresistible. You’ll have to get The Promo Dashboard to learn more about “reason why”. I can tell you that there is a nice bonus on this row that you can download. And this can be used in all of your marketing.

Then you’re going to learn Marlon Sanders’ “Full Arsenal”. It’s how to turn on the promotion and get your list to respond to your email messages and buy from you and your recommendations.

Discover how to use subject lines in your email messages. Learn what to use to get your messages opened and read. Also learn the things you need to avoid.

And you’ll learn how to create you email messages. Tips on formatting you messages so they look good when your subscribers open them. The types of email messages you can send. There are several ways you can approach your subscribers, and The Promo Dashboard gives you tips that can increase the responsiveness of your list.

Your list can be a huge asset to your profits, and row 5 of The Promo Dashboard contains a wealth of information on how to effectively keep your subscribers interested in opening your messages, responding to your offers, and clicking on your links. Click here to read more about The Promo Dashboard…

Next: Row 6 – Turbo Charge Your Efforts

A follow-up autoresponder is one of the most important tools for anyone who wants to do business online. You can use it to send out your newsletter, promos, broadcasts, and ecourses. The Promo Dashboard devotes row 4 to creating and managing your autoresponder.

Marlon shows you how to set up an autoresponder that you can use that has a free trial period. Even if you have another autoresponder, you can get a free trial and follow along. Learn how to set your options, the information you ask for in the opt-in form, and how to edit your confirmation email message.

Once someone enters their name and email address into your opt-in form, you’re not done. You have to create a thank you page. The thank you page is the page you create and select to send people to after they click the submit button.

The thank you page can make the difference between people checking their email and confirming their subscription and ignoring your email and never joining your list. It’s important to use your thank you page to tell them what they need to do to confirm their subscription.

Don’t assume that they will know what to do. Tell them. Also remind them that to get the incentive you offered, they need to follow the instructions. Remind them of all of the benefits of your freebie and the information that you are going to be sending to them in the future. This is explained with screen shots and video demonstrations.

Learn how to customize your confirmation email that your potential subscriber receives. Marlon shows you how to create an effective message with a video and screen shots.

Once they click on the link in the confirmation email, they are now on your list. They will also be sent to a confirmation page. When you create your confirmation page, The Promo Dashboard will show you what you should include, such as a link to the freebie you promised, what they can expect down the road, and how you can actually profit from your confirmation page.

The Promo Dashboard then shows you set up ad trackers for your campaign. It’s a good idea to test more than one squeeze page so you can continue to improve the results you get. This is especially important if you are using paid ads to get people to your opt-in pages.

The Promo Dashboard shows you how to create, set up, and use your subscription process, from submitting of the name and email, to the thank you page, to confirmation email, to the confirmation page. You need all of these elements to get subscribers onto your list. The Promo Dashboard will show you exactly how to do it. Click here for more…

The Promo Dashboard is about getting people to sign up for your list, sending them content and offers, and getting them to buy – guaranteed.

Step one shows you how to get detailed information on who your target market is, where they hang out, and what they want.

Step two shows how to create your freebie that will get people to subscribe to your list – PDF, screen capture video, power point presentations, webinars, free courses, CDs.

The third step/row/week of The Promo Dashboard shows you how to create your squeeze page.

The first step is to get the software to create the pages you will be creating. If you don’t have HTML or web editing software, no problem. You will be shown where to get software for free that you can use, along with screen shots of all of the steps to successfully installing it on your computer.

Next it’s time to register a domain name and get web hosting. You can see step by step how to register a domain name, again with screen shots to help you understand the process.

Discover how to create your squeeze page using the software you have or have downloaded in the previous step. You get a video showing you how to set up your page.

A nice addition to The Promo Dashboard are videos that show you examples of really effective squeeze pages that are being used right now. Marlon explains why they are effective, and gives you ideas you can use for your own squeeze page.

Now you learn how to create your opt-in form and how to insert it into your page. There are some videos that show you how to do this, as well as written instructions with screen shots. Marlon shows you how to set up your form using his choice for autoresponders. If you don’t have an autoresponder service, you’ll need to get one. The service Marlon recommends has a 30 free trial, so you can do this with no upfront cost.

The last part of row three is uploading your site. You discover where you can get the software you need for free. There are written directions and screen shots that will guide you on how to install the software and how to set it up so you can upload your files. And how to use the software to upload the pages with step by step instructions.

Step three will show you how to create and upload a squeeze page so you can start building your list. And it won’t cost you anything to do it. Click here for The Promo Dashboard…

Row one of The Promo Dashboard from Marlon Sanders was about finding your target market. A lot of information products stress the importance of finding your target market, but they don’t really explain how to do it. The Promo Dashboard explains HOW to do the market research in detail.

Once you find your target market, you go to the next step, which is creating your offer.

You have several options when it comes to what format you can use to create your offer. The more desirable the offer, the better your chance of getting the opt-in.

The Promo Dashboard guides you through how to create six types of content that you can use:

Reports – How to create a PDF report. Marlon walks you through the process of outlining your report, and tips on writing it. Then you learn how to create and add graphics to dress up your report.

There’s a really nice tutorial with screen shots that guides you through the process of creating your graphics and inserting them into your report. And how to turn your report into a PDF. You’ll be shown free software you can use to do this.

Power Point Slide Presentations – How to create power point slides that you can use in your screen capture videos and/or webinars. You also can access videos that show you how to lay out your text and graphics for your slides. You also learn where you can get images you can use as backgrounds for your slides. Once again, you can do this with free software.

Screen Capture Videos – Discover free software you can use to create screen capture videos. You’ll find tips on how to set up your audio settings, how to make and save your recording, how to add titles and images to your video, and editing your video.

Webinars – Where you can go to get a free trial to a webinar service. You’ll be walked through all of the steps needed to register and set up your webinar. Tips on how to effectively use webinars.

CD – If you decide to offer a CD to your subscribers, The Promo Dashboard will give you different options you can use from free to paid.

Free Course – A multi-part course sent out at regular intervals. This can be an email course, a video course, an audio course, or anything else you decide. For example, you could offer a 7 part course related to your market that is sent out every 2 days.

You don’t have to be a seasoned Internet Marketer to use these types of content. Marlon Sanders shows you the steps you need to follow to get started. And best of all, you aren’t required to spend hundreds of dollars on software to create these products.

This second row is worth the entire cost of The Promo Dashboard, especially if you have been intimidated by the thought of learning how to create these types of offers. Click here for more…

Next: Week 3 – The Opt-In Page

There’s a lot in The Promo Dashboard, too much to be able to include in one post. The Promo Dashboard is set up in a grid of 6 rows of icons, with each row containing 6 icons. Each row has a theme, and the six icons are the steps to take to complete the theme.

You can see a graphic on the sales page here to see what I’m talking about.

Row one shows you how to target your market. You need to be able to find the people you want to reach with your offer. Basically, you want to find your ideal customer. The type of person who wants what you have to offer.

You’re going to learn how to create your buyer profile. There are a couple of videos that show you how to do this. There’s a really cool web site that you’ll find that will show you some pretty amazing stats about the people in your market, all for free. You’ll find out the average age, how many men and women are in the market, what their income is, and what other sites they are likely to visit.

Once you have your ideal buyer in mind, you’ll be shown how to find out the forums they visit and the blogs they read. How to decide on what type of freebie to offer as an incentive to subscribe to your list.

Then you’ll have to decide what type of freebie to offer. Will it be an audio – a podcast or interview? Maybe you could do a screen capture video showing how to do something. Or you could create a free report. Decide what your market wants, and decide if you’re going to do it yourself or hire someone to do it for you.

Row one – targeting your market – is likely to be something you’ll be doing over and over again. Some markets you enter may be total duds. Plus you always want to be aware of what going on in your market.

Once you learn how to target your market, you’ll have a valuable skill you can use for life. And Marlon Sanders and The Promo Dashboard make it really easy to learn. Click here for The Promo Dashboard.

Coming up next, I’ll give you an overview of row two, Creating Your Offer.
