About

I’ve been online for about 10 years. I remember when Marlon Sanders came out with his first info products. They were exe files, and text only. When he came out with his “Amazing Formula”, I bought it. I remember when FFA sites were the next big thing, and when pay per click wasn’t around.

I’ve bought a lot of info products, started and stopped a few times, and had my share of frustration. One thing that hasn’t changed is my love of the Internet.

The Internet is still one of the easiest and cost effective ways anyone with an idea and a willingness to learn can start a business.

One of the problems with Internet Marketing is that like any industry, there are a few bad apples that make it hard for everyone. I know, because I’ve bought my fair share of lemons. It’s easier now because I’ve been around long enough to be able to avoid being taken in by the hype of some of these marketers.

One trend that I have seen in the past couple of years is a move away from affordable information products to the mega-launches that have price tags ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but in my view it leaves a big void in the lower cost info product market.

With so many people lured by the promise of making a living from home, and the uncertainty of having a job that is secure, there is the opportunity to assist this market. There is also the chance that new people will be easily taken advantage of.

There will always be people who want the easy way out, who want to pay for a solution and have the money come in without any effort on their part. We can ‘t save these people from themselves.

But what I am trying to do is to steer the newer marketers to products, web sites, and tips that can really help them to reach their goal. I only recommend products that I feel are worth the investment. I also keep in mind that a lot of those who are trying to get started don’t have unlimited funds to invest.
