We all know by now that having a list of your own is one of our primary assets. The key to the success of this is to provide useful content that will get your subscribers to open and read your messages.

It can be a challenge to come up with content on a regular basis. PLR articles are a popular way to add content. And you can use articles that you find at the article directories as well. Just make sure to include the author’s resource box at the end of the article as required.

But don’t overlook one of the most profitable assets out there – affiliate program content. Most of the good affiliate programs offer ready to use articles. All you have to do is insert your affiliate link and send the article to your list.

Here’s the deal. The product owner knows their product very well. It’s in their best interest to provide great content to promote the product. They don’t make any money from affiliates unless and until they make sales. So you get ready made content that has one purpose – to get the sale.

I wouldn’t recommend that you only send out articles that you get from affiliate resource centers. Mix up the content a bit. Write your own content to build credibility with your subscribers.

And of course you should only recommend products or services that are high quality and worth promoting. So the next time you’re stuck for ideas for your newsletter, try using affiliate articles.
